About Me You'll most often find me tucked up in a cosy corner with a cup of hot chocolate and my harp. I love creating new arrangements for this beautiful instrument, breathing new life into them. If I'm not at my harp, I'll be out in the countryside, walking the peaks, taking too many photographs and saying hello to every dog that I pass.
Based in Yorkshire &
North Lincolnshire I'm a Professional Wedding Harpist with bases in Sheffield and North Lincolnshire. I frequently perform across the North East Midlands including Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, also travelling more widely across the UK.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?Yes! I offer a highly bespoke ceremony service. A key aspect of my approach is to learn new musical requests and create customized arrangements of your favourite songs or pieces. I take the time to adapt each piece to the style and atmosphere that best suits your tastes. From classical to contemporary, or any genre in between, I am committed to delivering a performance that is truly meaningful and memorable - a soundtrack which will forever transport you and your guests back to those special moments.
-
What kind of music can you play on the harp?Almost anything! From Mozart to Coldplay - and everything in between - the harp can do it all. Whether you have Einaudi, Taylor Swift, or Lord of The Rings on your list of favourites, it's all possible. Check out my example repertoire list above.
-
How much space do you require?I use a Concert Grand Pedal harp for most weddings as it offers the most flexibility in terms of repertoire and produces a larger sound! I require 1.5m x 2m space in the venue for this, and slightly larger (2m x 2m) for amplified harp. For smaller venues, or more intimate settings, I’m able to play my Celtic Lever Harp which can be an ideal solution, especially in historic or unique venues which are inaccessible to a Pedal Harp. If you’d like to make an enquiry, we can discuss the best options for your event, considering the harp and any amplification needed.
-
Do you need amplification? For most ceremony settings, playing acoustically works beautifully and is typically sufficient. However, amplification becomes essential for ensuring high-quality sound during drinks receptions, wedding breakfasts, and larger or outdoor events where background noise can interfere. To accommodate this, my concert grand pedal harp is fitted with a pickup, allowing for crystal-clear sound in any setting.
-
How much do you charge?I offer a range of packages to suit different needs, starting from £350. Please get in touch to discuss your vision for the day and receive a personalised quote (scroll down to the contact me link!)
-
Can you play outdoors?I regularly perform at outdoor events and have a few policies in place to ensure both my instrument and I remain safe. A solid, flat, and level surface must be provided for setup, and the harp needs to be shaded at all times, away from direct sunlight. While I hope for a bright, sunny day, I must also be mindful of the possibility of bad weather! Since the harp is vulnerable to water damage, I’m unable to play outdoors in the rain. In cases where rain is likely, most venues typically have an indoor backup location, as no one wants their guests to get wet!
